neighborhood update

yes, apparently, he did get arrested because his ex-wife called my house looking for his ex-girlfriend and she said that he called her house last night at 4:00 A.M. trying to find his sister's phone number... but he's back today, all loud and stompy upstairs. grrr. maybe he'll get evicted sometime soon.
