bursar bastards

i can't get transcripts from ole miss (and neither can you, probably) right now because they think that i owe them slightly over $1,500. silly financial aid snafu. so, all of those applications that require my transcripts are just going to have to be patient, i guess. growl. put this under reason #1,437,915 that the ole miss system needs to be streamlined more effectively.
