maybe it's a good thing that my little delta town has no bookstore. being back here and playing within the walls of barnes is like pumping crack directly into my veins. two hours of wandering through the aisles, checking out new books in my favorite haunts (fiction, education, and philosophy), and smelling that amazing scent of "new book"... people like me are the reason ebooks will never become the sole source of literature. we crave the feel of the book in our hands, the sound of a book's spine as it cracks for the first time, the texture of the ink on the page...
