free at last...

i'm free, i'm free!!! when i came around the curve today that breaks into the view of my hometown, i finally felt like spring break had begun. and then i saw my family (and my puppy - who was beyond happy to see me), and the barnes & noble, and then i ate the pizza from the local pizza place (BBQ chicken, thank you very much), and now we're getting ready to go hear the band play at the other local pizza place. and one of my bestest friends ever - heidi - is home from chicago this weekend, which makes it an absolutely fantastic weekend (because we hadn't talked about when i'd be in town next, so it was a surprise to both of us that we were home at the same time), so she's going to join us at leonardo's. good times will be had by all. happy contentment. oh! and i finally had a shower with hard water, so my skin's all dried out - yay! back to normal!!!! i realize that this isn't overly stimulating information for people on the outside of "carey's world," but it's nice for those of us on the inside... =) happy night to all.
